Meet Our Professionals
Overseeing the sales and leasing activities of our company, John is dedicated
to making your commercial transaction occur to your satisfaction. His
previous work experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies to being self
employed, banking and investment companies to manufacturers and
distributors. John’s financial services background allows him to quickly gain
insight and understanding to your needs to successfully create a match for
your situation. A graduate of Longwood University (VA) with a Business
Administration degree, John majored in Finance and Management. John and
his wife Kenda (Holt) have two children – Leigh and Jack.
Eugene’s experience with portfolio, property and development management
and analysis brings keen insight to supporting successful commercial
transactions. Having owned and developed numerous properties and
companies, he is able to provide in-depth analysis for our company. A
Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Eugene’s combination
of education and real life experience provides invaluable knowledge. Eugene
is married to Ginger (Smith) and they have a son, Ethan.

As the former Mayor of Sheffield and over 20 years experience in real
estate, Ian brings unique knowledge to our firm and to clients. Having
worked on the RSA/Marriott project as Mayor, Ian participated in one of
the largest public-private investments that the Shoals has ever seen. A
graduate of the University of North Alabama and a native to the Shoals, Ian
is married to Nancy (Meeks) and has two children - Julia and Tabb.
